The formulations, specifications and selection of raw material from global pool are the responsibility of our R&D Department per your specification. Our Quality control department approves the testing procedure of any new raw material. Quality control on incoming raw material, lot approval and raw material inspection are carried at our own Laboratory. Quality of running production is continuously monitored by our highly skilled Quality Control Department. Every step of production is monitored with stringent quality checks and this activity is revised at every step right from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished product thereby ensuring consistency in our products at all times. We believe in poka-yoke for detecting and preventing errors in our process.

• Identification of product defects by testing the product's shape, size, color, or other physical attributes.
• The fixed-value method alerts the operator if a certain number of movements are not made during production of masterbatches.
• The motion-step method determines whether the prescribed steps of the process have been followed.
